would it be wise to run 4:10's if eventually i might s/c my car. I know i wouldn't be too wise to have them with a roots or twin screw, ect. but how about a centrifical s/c?

either or.

4:10's can make you run out of gear too quickly.

but than again it all depends on application.

you could have heads that rev to 7k or a six speed...

in that case I think 4:!0's would be fine in boosted applications

I am around plenty of guys that run very high HP stangs with 4.10 gears (upward of 600rwhp/600 ft lbs.) and they always make the "king of the street winners"

Dont be scared of the gear!

My car has 4.10's in it and it will run to 135-145mph before you kick it into 5th
