kb s/c purchase

Whats up all thought about s/c so much for the last couple days got a headache over it dreamed of boosted mustangs the whole nine. Was thinking of buying a saleen from brenspeed but unless it is installed by a certified saleen installer no supercharger warranty being bren 10-12 hrs away.Thought saleen honored factory warranty can't remember where the hell i read or heard that from then they told me it's only on the blower 1 year price from bren $5'499.00,$850.00 install plus a dyno monitor thought about whipple, paxton because of the price i can't take it they say knowledge is power but i think it can also be poisonous a lot of these guys that sell these kits don't even own a mustang much less a 05up. Ford is on some bs with the warranty, this is crazy, leaves one place kb has been in the business for a while i have a dealer in va warranty is 1year unlimited miles have detailed description of test runs the whole nine yards i just want more power at my foot what do you think about the none intercooled kit 2.6 upgradeable for the price difference of the ic one and labor which makes it more money some down the line . Anybody has this kind of kit come on people give me some input because if 450 is safe 475 is pushing it i have seen these kits dyno inbetween or more even the the whipple and you can't pulley down the 8 psi kit kb said touch my tune warranty gone thats what they all say

just get the KB kit.

they can't legally void your warranty unless they can prove that the mod you did to your car caused it.

get a whipple! best kit out there!

i'm pushing 475HP, that may scare people, but its all in the tune!! and the tune from Ford Racing is very very conservative, so you have nothing to worry about.

Just buy the blower you want, let the warranty void out. Who wants any tech from Ford working on their car anyway?

Having just installed my Whipple this week, the word "conservative" seems odd considering it is still pushing 10PSI...that is still A LOT of boost through the stock internals if you are bouncing near the red line.....

if you ever really test the tune, the tune has the rev limiter set for 5700RPM, I tried to go past it just to make sure, and the engine cuts off @ 5700. 10psi may be a lot, but you could run a blower @ 5psi and still blow the internals or cause detonation due to an aggressive tune.
