It should fit without any issues. I sold mine to an 06 V6 and it fit perfect not too bad a sound either then they bought the other from me to make dual exhaust but I havent seen the car since thats been done.

yea, just check out a normal GT and the sound was fairly similar as far as volume and tone goes.

you'll definitely notice a difference in sound, but I doubt power. You probly wont gain anything unless you do longtube headers like us with V8's. I think MAC makes a L/T for the V6, do that and make your car a true dual exhaust to see some real gains.

Your existing hanger on the passenger side will work fine, but I'm sure you'll have to get some for the driver side when you want to hang that sides muffler.
