on the rear- axle housing/tubes, and the front- a-arms/framerail support.

the pinch welds right behind the front wheel are very good spots for the stand pinch welds are one of the strongest parts on the car and were ford recomends

There's a couple of notches, about as far apart as your jackstand head is wide on the pinch welds...that's where it goes...they're real easy to find...
