royal purple and mobil 1 are about the best, mobil 1 is alot cheaper and thats what i use, most people i hear use mobil 1. I got the K&N, its all right, but i wish i had got JLT you get 2x the HP and its $100 cheaper. the JLT or C&L are the best you can get, but when you get CAI get the tuner also bc w/out the tune the benefit is minimal.

He was taling about K&N oil filters. I don't have any experience with them but I'm sure they are fine. To answer your question I have 6 quarts of Mobil 1 5w20 sitting in my garage

i've got castrol syntec in it right now, but everybody here says mobil 1. Mobil 1 is about $6 cheaper at my walmart, so i'll probably switch in another 1,000 miles.

Royal Purple full synthetic oil and Ford Racing oil filter. Thats what I run in both Stangs. I've been using RP in the 98 for about 4 years and I LOVE it.
