you don't want to. there are some bumps underneath it so that the people putting it together could line it up right.

I don't think you could do it without some body and paint work. I could be wrong, but that's what i've read.

True, there are not bumps, there are two holes in the fenders.. You will either need to replace it with something else or have your local body shop fill and paint..

If you really wanted to get rid of them you would have to have a body shop weld em closed then paint it.

no worries, true's getting the info he needs regardless.
Wish they wouldn't put the holes there, silly that some assembly line guy is so uncoordinated that they need to drill alignment holes in the fenders to get the emblems right. |

When you think about it though, it makes sense. The holes keep it consistent and aligned perfect.

Not really. I just took the 2.0 16v badges of the side of my daily Ford Mondeo - straight as a die and no holes. Now no badges and no clue they were ever there.

Lol well thanks for your help guys. I might brag a different emblem then. Maybe a GT one just for laughs.
But I got my boy racer body kit and 2 12s in with a custom everything. It looks sick. I got atleast 10 compliments the first day. Now all I need is a camera |
