Cool, I'm glad to see this post. I've had ongoing brake issues with my car from day 1, so I'll be interested to hear more on this, jat. Thanks for the info man

Why did you go with stock rotors again instead of upgrading to some decent after market ones? I'm not putting down your decision, just wanting to know why. I do hear that hawk pads are fantastic.

Don't forget to bed them in before you go beating on them.

Did you follow the instructions on what to do after you install them?

when i bought my car i took off shaker options and 18 inch rims option because im putting my own sound system and put some aftermarket rims .. but because of my inability to drive normal in my car.. i beat the shit outa it and needed new brakes.. and had to changed the front rotors they got warped... if i had the 18s from factory i can squeeze in some bigger calipers but i have the 17s.. didnt plan on change brakes after what a year of having the car.. eh what can u do.. when i upgrade rims and tires it a wilwood brake system will follow..

yeah its pumping them alil b4 moving the car and a few moderate stops from 30-35 then a few hard from 40-45 or somebullshit.. they work fine and it feels idk more firm and just overall better i cant wait till the rears get on then work them in and this weekend beat the fuck outa them to see how well they do when they r hot.. that is the true test in my eyes.. they say u get no fade but i wonder if i will prove them wrong...

also i have been warned that they do give off a bit dust compared to others but i will let u know later on...

btw i know its retarded i quoted each 1 individually and made like 4 posts but i dont know how to multi quote different people..

You could have went with some slotted and drilled rotors instead of the stockers

no real point for me i plan on upgrading rims end of the upcoming summer and i bought 2 front stock rotors for like 60 bucks.. plus theres alot of bullshit on the net on which is better slitted/drilled or both... then i woulda had to see which dont chip and all that.. it was sorta a rush thing for me and just throw stockers on for quick relief
