Steeda Under drive pulleys .Im thinking about putting them on either tomorrow evening or saturday morning. Im no mechanic and get frusterated quickly with this shit. I have read some old post and some people use an impact wrench and some dont. Can I get this done without and impact wrench? I would have to rent a compressor and buy an impact wrench and i really dont want to do that. Im 6'4 220, can i do it? You guys tell me. |

Get the air compressor. I tried using a cheater bar and it was not happening. It is actually very easy. I had to reinstall my UDP bolt last week - which you need a new one when you install (about to post something addressing this) and you can take the radiator fan out in about 5 mins. It's only 4 bolts and a connector and makes it soooo much easier.

You could do it with a breaker bar. Just but a craftsman and put a piece of pipe over the handle, and if you break it, go get another one. But just put it in gear, pull the parking brake, and chock the wheels.
