Mine is factory and installed with screws from underneath the hood

I think the roush ones are held on with duble sided tape

The Roush hood scoops are held on with screws and double sided tape. I know what you mean about the hood flutter at high speeds. But the good news is that I haven't heard anything about one flying out.
