they recomend 275 for the 10 inch do you think 305 would be pushing it too much

i wouldn't do a 275 ..
that's a bit small honestly.. who rec's that? it should be at least a 285. anywhere from 285-305 will fit.. some 315's will as well but it's brand specific.

i have 305's on my 18x10...315's are the widest you can go though.

275 is perfect for 18x9, way too small for an 18x10.

oh ok on american muscle that is what they recomended so I wanted to check, so your saying 275 on a 9in for the fronts won't rub?

no, it won't rub. 275 is the max you can have on the front without rubbing.
