Which Bassanis do i have? lol


Discussing Which Bassanis do i have? lol in the 2005+ Forum. i was given a full Bassani exhaust, it sounds GREAT, but i have been wondering ...

Which Bassanis do i have? lol

i was given a full Bassani exhaust, it sounds GREAT, but i have been wondering which mufflers i have. They arent a cannister type like a "race" muffler, they are normal "flowmaster" shape mufflers. all of the bassanis i have seen like this though have rolled tips on them, mine are a 4 inch slant cut NOT rolled. the tips are stainless but the muffler itself is not. lol, what do i have on my hands here?

thats what i am thinking, but every picture i see of a BX axleback has rolled tips, mine do not have rolled tips, they are sharp, unrolled, angle cut tips. i wonder if Bassani changed the design and went with a rolled tip, and i have some older mufflers??

My cell can't receive pics. I have never seen the Bassani axle backs without rolled tips though.

my race axle backs didnt have rolled tips either..i got em when they were barely released..thats probably the case with yours as well....redfire i want to be bassani crew member #2!!!!

im sure if i owned the rolled tips i would like them better than just cut tips lol......never seen the rolled bassani's in person, so i wouldnt know.
