Hurst Billet Competition Shifters Are Finally Here!!!

Well Hurst has FINALLY released the Billet Competition Short Throw Shifter and we have them here in stock. This is not to be confused with the regular Competition Shifter from Hurst. The Billet Version has adjustable stops, Reduced Throws, and different bushing materials. This shifter has been in the works for quite some time now and was pushed back several times, partly due to the fact that B&M acquired Hurst. Well the wait is finally over as they are in stock and ready to ship at D'Agostino Racing. We are one of the few places that have them as we have had them on order for months, so if you are looking to upgrade to one of the best shifters in the market look no further.

Hurst 05-08 Mustang Billet Competition Short Throw Shifter [3915201] - $249.99 : Performance Parts - Ford Mustang - Cobra - Dodge Viper - Chevy Corvette - C6 - LS1

it looks like it's still about 10% worse throw from the MGW. The website advertises it at 40% where MGW is about 50%. I'll probably be getting a new shifter soon, so I'd be interested in knowing just how the two compare.

They are probably pretty close, but the MGW is so much more adjustable with your choice of adjustments between 15-50% shorter throws, and MGW stands behind their product 100%. The look of the Hurst is nice, but the MGW having a fully adjustable handle, is even nicer.

gosh darn it, i just ordered my hurst comp plus from my local speed shop.........oh well. I like the Hurst shifters, and i like the MGW shifters, i have felt both of them and both are a quality product, with the MGW being VERY HIGH QUALITY in my opinion. Neither are a "bad" product.

Honestly I can't say how it compares to the MGW because this has just been released. However judging from the original Hurst and how good it was, I would say this one is going to be just as good if not better than the best shifters out in the market. I say this because personally the original Hurst was my favorite..

i dont think it is any better than an MGW, but it defenetly is not worse than one. they are probly on the same playing field. i personally like the Hurst shifters better for their looks, and reputation.

Oh yea, if anyone is looking at one of these shifters, this is an AWESOME price!!!
