FRPP cams!!!!!

haha, I just wanted to get everyone thinking....cams are the way to go but be sure that everything else you have works with the cams and not against them...like gears, intake, and throttlebody.

Did you order them from Sutton? You won't be disappointed...That car sounded so badass in the shop when he fired it up I ordered them as well...

i have gears, i HAVE an intake, but its not on the car because lack of a good tune for it, but i dont have a TB, im stayin' away from those until they are perfected to a T......i think i should be alright with mine and 07stanggt's new cam grinds lmao........i cant WAIT to get them things, i dont think i can thank that man enough for puttin' up with my B.S. through all that "cam" stuff.

hey no worries, the radmustang silverstang thumper cams will hit the street before these things.

They got issue over there right now. Outsource the grinding already. They could have had 1000 of these thing cut by now.

I think this is a good example of how comeing up with the specs of a cam is one thing, succesfully grinding them is another?

the way these hot rod cams have been going i think they are going to end up exactly like the 15" greg weld wheels..........taking them FOREVER to perfect the design. Didnt take comp a week to build a custom grind for me and 07stanggt. I'll hopefully have mine installed within' the next month (cams that is)

yea, Comp has very good customer service, and they are very knowedable, that is how they where able to produce a cam that we wanted so fast. I got tired of waitin' on the FRPP sticks...........i personally think it will take a while for them to be fully released to the public, even though they told me they had already shipped 7 sets. Dunno, maybe im wrong, but i'll stick with good customer service and be loyal to the people on this site.

Was it made with the same advertised specs as the FRPP cam? What was the price?

no it is not the same specs as the FRPP cams, Comp designed these from scratch (or thats how i see it).........pricing is difficult to say anything about right now, since 07stanggt doesnt have the cams in stock yet. you will have to ask him about that. trust me, when i put them in, im going to let my car idle for about 5 hours, takin' all the video i can handle, and i might have a little "alone" time in the garage with her lol....i just need to find out how to do the whole video/internet thing.
