07 procharger you got the NSR comp 2s right?? the difference will be you will have more power, i will have a choppier idle.......

real lopey rough idle, real lopey like the hot rod cams or harder. dont pull as high in the rpm range, will pull to 6200 instead of the potential 7000 the stage IIs can pull to. made 21hp peak on peak with no tune instead of 27 with no tune. basically these are the same lift as yours but the duration @50 is different and the lsa is 111. instead of 115.5 which is where the idle comes from, in this case. He wanted the sound.

im just goin by what i was told man. I sent the vid of the hot cams, the rep and the engineer listened to it. i said gimme a cam that sounds like this, NSR, and makes at least the same power as them. They said these cams do it, they put them on an engine and said they hit real hard. We will see bro.

it came fast becuase comp is already working on this anyway. They have the thumper line of cams for the chevys and small block fords out. They have been working on that kind of cam for the mod motors. it was just a matter of making it a NSR cam for me. This cam will probably be out soon. silver can say he was first. and i can say i helped

Well, if the hot rod cams never actually come out, at least I know Comp Cams can produce something similar.

The hot rod cams will come out. the issue is with grinding. I dont know what im suppose to say and what im not. but lets just say they have shipped seven sets. but until they.....do something um, they need to do something to get more out. it could be weeks or not. i mean what they need to do is go to someone and say grind these for us. shit they could have a 1000 of them in a week if they wanted.

its kinda like. we want to grind these ourselves, when we really dont do that. but we do want the specs to get out. but hey the cats outta the bag now, get them done, or get beat to the punch.

I just got off the phone with Doug. I got the last of 4 sets of the HOT ROD CAMS. They will ship today and should have them early next week. SWEET!
