Trouble codes

I ran a diagnostic check with the diablo tuner and I got a few trouble codes,
P0600 (serial communication link) , P1000, P2105 (Throttle actuator control-Forced engine shutdown) and U0305 (unknown) Before I adjusted the tuner to reflect the new tire size I was not getting any trouble codes. Should I just leave it alone for now? My check engine light is not coming on and the car seems to be running fine.

Thanks, I may change the sparkplugs in the near future. I cleared the trouble codes, then started the car. I checked again for trouble codes and no trouble codes were found.

I got the exact trouble codes today. Except I got a U0300. I been having trouble with throttle lag with Bamachips tune. I went to re-install the Diablo 91 K&N tune and at the end of the download the message center said "FAIL SAFE MODE". No check engine light but I decided to check for codes and thats what I got. The car seems to run fine, I did clear the codes, I'm gonna drive it around for a day and check agian. I read it's something to do with the throttle body messing up. I getting frustrated!!

Safe Mode?????

When my car went into Safe Mode it wouldn't rev past 3k rpm and had no throttle response. Might be something in the tune but you would know if the car was in Safe Mode

Tomorrow I will drive around and then re-check for codes. The car runs fine, but I was just curious and decided to check for codes.

I re-checked for codes after driving around for a little while. No codes were found. I guess everything is okay....for now.

U codes are from reprogramming a module, (such as installing a tune)........they are normal occurances after a reprogram, they just need to be cleared out......p1000 means the car hasnt gone through a complete drive cycle since the last reflash/battery disconnect, etc...(a p1000 is how we know a vehicle has a chip in it when a customer brings it in the shop)........because that means a customer has recently removed the tune, and programmed back to stock, and it hasnt been long enough to complete a drive cycle.

I modified my custom tune to reflect the new tire size. I guess that is were the error codes were coming from.

those codes came from the reprogram most likely, every time we reprogram a vehicle at work (update pcm, etc)......there are U codes present, which our diagnostic software automatically knows to clear the codes after a reprogram. a complete drive cycle basically is how long it takes the car to run its normal "tests" to make sure everything is functioning properly.........like when you put an O/R x pipe on your car without a tune, it takes a while for the check engine light to come on, because the car hasnt "checked" itself for errors yet.

Yeah, a little wrench-shaped light comes on, the car drives sluggish, and it won't let you set the cruise control...disconnecting the battery makes it go away.
