I have the Pypes Violator Cat Backs with the cut in x pipe and I love it there is a little drone in 5th if the RPMs are too low but it is livable. Loud enough to notice but not too loud to live with like SLPs.

I don't care what people say on here the piping on the after market cat back has much smoother bends and no constricting crimps like my stock piping had if it doesn't get more power I would be surprised, but it does sound sooooo much better than stock.

So powerhouse21, what are you gonna do now? Are you gonna save the $50 and go buy it from Jegs.com?

Your second link just takes you to an empty cart.

07stanggt has the Borla axle backs cheaper than jegs.

thanks redfire. I was suggesting the steeda race axle backs which are MBRP's just being sold under steeda. Sound awesome. Or the frpp stingers.

He is looking at the catback system from jegs though. Im trying to suggest just axle backs and put that 200 dollars to something else.

slp's to loud??? i have no drone with my slp's after installing the frpp cut in xpipe. it's actually louder than the stock H out back except inside it is quieter. you can easily hold a conversation on the phone or with a passenger. has a slight rasp when up in the rpm band

Here's what I got Borla 11750 Borla Exhaust System: FORD MUSTANG 4.6L V8 2005+ Axel Back - Sport System - 11750 Borla, and they have great Customer Service, and wicked fast shipping. I ordered on a Weds, and had them waiting for me that Friday. The full catback as stated before, is not needed. Save yourself that money, and buy some other mods and shit from RAD Mustangs Performance Parts Shop

I have FRPP stingers and O/r H. Its a great sound, no fitment issues on the stingers and worth the price. BUT! you get what you pay for and pypes mid pipes can have issues. I had an issue with the manifold on the driver side. Not fun *Tick tick tick*
