617.45. plus you need the phaser bolts for 23.08 you said pro. thats the cams im running in my car. you can see my dyno in my garage and my track times in another thread. I cant drive, but you can see the car moves. they are no spring change required cams. so it saves you money not only on not buying springs but on labor.

How intensive of labor costs you think it would be? Not sure I could convince my Ford mechanic buddy across the street to waste a weekend on this...haha.

here is a link from my site. type in stang for the discount. i got stage 1s too. they are better for low end tq thes are better for top end power. neither one of them really lose anything down low.

"you will be laughing all the way to the bank, with the money you save on parts and labor!!"

You need a new writer lol, I'll be keepin an eye on those for sure, won't have a good idea if they're affordable with the gears until I get some money in the bank.

how is that racer working for you man? Yes this modding can get addictive. your asking for what else, underdrive pulleys, short throw, and tires to stick, you should be good then.

lol i just thought of something about cams and idles. if a tighter lsa, and biger split in duration means a rougher idle, i might have a cam sitting right here with more lope then those stage IIs.

I shouldnt even open this can of worms again.
