lol, funny. you got a broken tuner too? Seems like more than just a customer service problem now. After three weeks i got my tuner and it was broken. sent it back and took another 3 weeks to get it back. When i got the second tuner, the tunes on it were wrong. I then had to wait for this guy to email my new tunes. This guy is a joke. If you run your business like this, you need help.

I can only say good things about Brenspeed.
Very fast with shipping the tuner and answering questions.

I got them yesterday, and yes, they look nice. Solid, sturdy and lightweight. Should be going in this weekend, along with a million other things...

Brenspeed does answer quickly, and will help you out with the products they sell. I was just bummed that I bought my tuner/CAI combo from them... and once I threw cams in they didn't want to help me.

Also, Doug has told me he is still working on the FRPP cam tune, and will be sending me updates as he tweaks things out. I think that's good service, considering my car is running well as it is.

I don't have dyno results, but she pulls like a beast and sounds even meaner!

I'm not saying anything bad about Doug. His tunes are great, and once you finally get ahold of him, he does all he can to help you, but with as popular as he is he needs to expand his business.

Doug at Bama. He was quick to send e-mail tunes for modifications and the tuner was 100% FMC. Maybe he just don't like YOU, Juco. You an auburn fan?

Haing had Brenspeed's tune, I'll take Bama's over his any day. No issues here with response time. Had my tune in within a day.

I don't really know which is better but I think I'm going to be collecting a lot of tunes because the price is right. Most mail order Vette tunes are anywhere from $99 to $300 and ya gotta send 'em your PCM, which is why we dyno tuned it.
