emblems swap question....

I am still staying with my "sleeper" concept even with the 5.0 stroker I am having built...
I am thinking it might be a little low key and make other mustang fans do a dbl take if I were to change my side GT emblems for the old school 5.0 emblems..
I don't know how they install and if anyone else thinks this is a good or a bad idea???

The old school 5.0 badges are adhesive backed only, no fastners. I can't imagine it would look better than the standard GT badges but thats my opinion.

I think it would be cool, but maybe you should get some kind of custom side badge.

Maybe just one on the rear decklid. When you see it, it's too late and you understand why you lost that race...

No Badges FTW...

If I were you, I would take off all the badges and get one of the fog light delete grills ( or if you like the fogs, just keep the stock one ). Then you will have a sleeper...

If you put 5.0 badges on it, it really wouldnt be a sleeper. A sleeper is something that looks ordinary all around ( stock w maybe a few cosmetics like wheels, springs, ect... )but has a beast under the hood.

Sorry if this question has been asked, and I'm sure it has(I tried to search but it didn't work for me).

Are there holes that the GT badges fasten into? The reason I ask is because a bullitt stopped by my dealership today and it looks fantastic without those stinking badges. I just don't want to have to buy new fenders or pay someone to fill the holes and blend the paint to get that look.

Thanks
