Passenger Window Problem

I have a problem with my passenger window going up.
When the window is completely down and i push the auto close it goes up and about half ways it goes back down does this for about 3 times before it lets me close it manually. It does not only do it when i push the auto up but it does it also when i just hold the switch up.
I took it to the dealer and they said they're was nothing wrong with it. and that i should not worry that i have a lot of warranty left. Anybody else having this problem?

i'm no genius when it comes to mechanical work so you prolly tried this already but... somewhere in the manual i'm pretty sure i saw something about recalibrating the window, take a look in there, there is a procedure to reset the window...that might fix it??
