beastgt,
if the engine management is running rich, it will turn the check engine light on. what octane are you running? auto or manual trans? air filter clean? my mpg avg since i bought mine is 19.8 my Smg (smiles per gallon) is about the same  .........maybe a little more

its a 5 speed and im running 87 octane. Only has 8k miles so im assuming its fairly clean but cant say for sure to be honest.

well my last tank had me at 13.1mpg and now after 3 gallons on my next tank im avg. 14.2 I havent gotten the rpms above 3500 at all during those 3 gallons and ive been driving like a grandma but its atleast showing some improvement. I know once i get some highway time when school starts back up ill be able to get that mpg up near 20.
