Nitrous?

I was wondering what the best Nitrous kit is for our cars? What is the safest for a stock engine and how easy are they to install?
I would love a SC or Turbo but it just does not fit my budget right now.

Think if set up right they are all good kits for our cars.
FYI my kit is a Speedtech system

Soon I'll be taking the nitrous kit off my car and adding a Saleen supercharger.

keep the nitrous set-up and run a 50 shot for your top end. that's where the centri's will no longer be able to take you.

Can't do that on stock internals.

I like the Ny Trex it. It is the most complete kit on the market. 07Procharger, and somebody else on here runs that kits and they love it.

100 shot is most common, but people also run 125 shots. I would start out and 75 or 100 shot to get used to it, then step it up if you want.

I can't really comment on installation, but I'm sure somebody who has installed it be chime in shortly.

some competition
He definitely has a 9s car if he wants. It has an awesome engine build, rear end is strong now, and of course the KB is great. Transmission is next I would think. Think he has accepted the idea of rollbars but not sure he wants to go as far as full cage? You never know...once he gets a taste of those 10s. Would love to see his car reach its full potential.

i would like to see the dyno sheets on those though. 250 tq out of a 150 shot seems a little high with that setup.

I guess you know what kit I'll suggest

The install is not difficult if you've got a friend to help you out, but the wiring is something you would want to leave to someone you can trust to do it right. My tuner charged me 300 to wire everything up - the window switch, and the NMU wires all had to be soldered in to the connections, and ran through the firewall, under the carpet and console.

I'm running a 100 wet shot. The zex kit has a NMU that controls N2o and Fuel so the amount is never too rich or lean reguarding N2o pressure. My tuner said that most people run the 100 because it won't melt the spark plugs. He said it would be fine up to 150 but you'd be pushing it, and going through plugs frequently.
