sct x3 help!!!

i was data logging with the tuner for the first time. and it was going fine then it locked up. now when i plug it in to the car it says {invalid block} with a bunch of numbers after. any ideas what i need to do. i tried sct tech support but have not heard back.

damn man i had something like that happen to me when i had the diablo sport. i hate to say it...but i ended up throwing it away..hope you get it fixed!

who did you get the tuner from? bama? brenspeed? amer.muscle?

please don't say ebay........

Have you tried calling them? If not you probably should...they seem to be pretty knowledgable with the sct3, they might be able to solve this problem for you.

i had the same thing happen to mine i called sct and they tried to fix it over the phone using my computer but had no luck so i had to send it back to them they fixed it with no questions asked and free of charge i actually gotta go pick it back up today the only thing that sucks is that your are gonna lose the tunes that you had saved in it and will have to get the tunes reloaded

got in touch with brenspeed they could not fix it for me. they got in touch with sct and they said i"ll have to send it in to fix it. hopefully its that easy.

sct is one of the most reputable tuners on the market. one mishap shouldn't ruin their name or business. the likelyhood of you having a problem like that is slim to none
