Question Best supercharger 2013 gt

Need to make my car faster, was on the highway today and got worked over bad by a zo6, been looking at supercharges and didn't know which one was the best? Whipple, kenne bell, roush, edelbrock e-force? Plan on doing headers and exhaust. Looking for more power out of this car. What's the best route to take?

I don't know about the best, but I'm excited to see what the new Procharger i-1 does for these cars.

if what you want is to race c6z vettes i recommend nitrous instead of blowers. if you want to have fun though then a tvs is a good choice but my favorite is the 2.3 whipple even if it does not make as much power just because of the noise.

For highway pulls can't go wrong with a paxton.

Ya its gonna be the weekend car and maybe once in awhile the strip, just want more and I agree I love the sound Whipple or kenne bell! That noise is awesome. Priced out the roush phase 2, looks to be about $6,400. Wanna make atleast 580hp. Decisions decisions.

Are the kenne bells making good power? Haven't seen or heard much about them on the new coyote.

If you are on a budget and want big power get the paxton kit. They make great power. In fact psi for psi a turbo is the only thing that beats it.

Haha ya I was up near the city, seen 2 lamborghinis a Ferrari, got on the highway and seen a red zo6s so I drove by him and cracked it a little, he didn't budge, 2 minutes later he's on my ass, I dropped to 4th and laid on it and he was right there behind me, slammed 5th doing well over 100 and he shot around me smiling, he took the exit ramp and gave me a honk and a thumbs up! Had the wife with me and she's the one that said you need more so this doesn't happen again! Lol

Not on a budget got some money to mess with, just wanna make some good power, if I'm gonna spend $6k plus I wanna make the right choice ya know

Have you looked into centrifugals at all? They make really good power. You can get a paxton kit from beefcake with everything to make 600-700whp for less than 5k. The other 1000 could be spent on a good clutch.

i dont think that i cant say that i dont dd my car. i dont use it to go to work because i have a work van but i use it every day to go to the gym. i dont put many miles on it though. maybe like 50-100 miles a week. but from the little driving that i dont i cant really see a flaw in dd a supercharged coyote. i have been stuck in a couple of traffic jams without any issues. and as long as you dont get throttle happy the gas consumption stays normal. i get throttle happy though and only make about 11-12 mpg.

Drives just like it did before the tvs, except when you put your foot in it.
