how fast are these things?

How fast are the s197 v6 mustangs in a 5spd? I raced one the other day that had intake and exhaust and I was impressed.

you should have no problems with one.

My friend let me drive his, and I was impressed. only complaint is that huge center console. What could a man possibly put there that he needs all that space?

I thought it was a gt at first bc it had GT wheels and GT back bumper. But the kid had no mufflers on it and if it was a gt with no mufflers it would have been crazy loud. I had like 2 cars on him by 3rd gear, I'm gunna try to find the kid and see what he has done. What's the 1/4 mile times for the v6?

they run high 14's or low 15's stock. And with cai, tune, exhaust they can hit mid 14's. Full bolt ons some have hit high 13's. Thats with a little suspension work.

5-speeds got a lot more oomph to them. I've driven both.
