Finally Going into to get new exhaust
i'm going to get my new exhaust in 2 weeks now. im going with duels. the only question is the mufflers. My ford mechanic friend recommended a MAC system, he said for v6's they really give a nice sound, anyone here have a MAC system or heard one on a 6er?

Check the exhaust thread. There might be a MAC system on there. The most popular muffler system for the sixxers seems to the the flowmaster american thunder series. That's what I have and it's got a really nice sound. I hear magnaflow has a good sound though. Definantly go with a 2.5'' H pipe though. You going to get a GT bumper or are you going to have your bumper cut to clear the other muffler?

Mac sounds good on v6's if your going mac dont go custom H go with prochamber

ah yes. thats what i went for. i ordered it today. hopefully it will be in soon. now im just trying to look for a GT take off bumper rather than having those cuts.

my mods are JLT CAI JBA Shorty's Xcal 3 Flowmaster A/T's Custom H 4.10's Tlok New Bearing Kit eibach sportlines waiting to get heads/cams installed forged internals and f/i real soon and bunch of visual / non performance mods
