stiegmeier or however you spell it, uses them alot, so they cant be to bad, id say that or JLT, the JLT kits are really nice for these cars, Ive installed one personally, its a little bit of a pain, but it is a TRUE CAI, that filter is really far down in that fender, along with the MAF. but puddles could be a little dangerous with it id imagine

I am a big fan of C&L myself, but I have heard from several tuning shops that JLT is the better of the bunch for termis. That is purely an opinionated statement.

Although a thought just came to mind, if you really want a badass CAI go here....
Paul's High Performance Paul handmade a RAI for my 99 7.3 Powerstroke that made 10hp.

That's the cai that stiegemeier recommends for their ported blowers. I currently have a JLT cai on mine. It was kind of a pita to install, but I think well worth it. I haven't had any problems with any puddles yet "knock on wood", but I think I might buy the new JLT rai when it comes out.

in that case, id just buy a JLT, ive been to a couple shops around here, they all install JLT on there stangs, if it was a mach 1 id reccomend C&L for it, as the JLT RAI is kinda shazzy for the machs, ill be switching mine eventually
