Need advice on pulley upgrade

Here is the issue: I have an 03 Cobra that is my daily driver. Lately, I have noticed a squeak coming from one of the pulleys. Now with that in mind, I have a 3.10 upper/ 9lb lower pulley, a steeda idler pulley and the rest are stock ford pulleys. My question is that there are so many to choose from, how do you know whether a 90mm or 100 mm is needed? Also, has anyone ever used the Cog-driven system? It is more expensive, but does it work. I searched the forum and didn't get the info I felt I needed so I posted up. Any help that you guys can give me would be greatly appreciated. Thanks and have a great weekend!

I am trying to change all pulleys with the exception of the upper lower and tensioner. While looking at some vendors, the underdrive pullies are labelled as 90mm or 100mm? Which one is better? Or what ar the pos/negs of both? Also, I am looking for someone who has the cog system of belt and pulleys and if it is worth the price.

What is the difference more hp? more torque? I can't seem to find any info defending either size.

Don't get a cog system unless you want to rebuild your snout.
