im a regular member on the other forums but just heard of this on so i figure id sign up for it, i own a 98GT and just bought a 87 coupe

i've had my 98 mustang GT for 5 1/2 years now and have a couple of mods done to it...lol

4.6L 4v swap out of cobra
5speed
3:73
full bolt on motor
100 hp nx wet kit (use to have)
full UPR tubular front kit
coil overs on all four sides
full length subframe connectors
battery relocated

long story short the motor lost a rod bearing and motor is in michigan getting built.... current project includes full standalone system, swapping to black interior, and 78mm turbo

The coupe on the other hand is my new toy and ive only had it about 3weeks, as far as i know it started life as a 4cyl car and someone put a carb. 306 in it, its 5speed

plans are change interior to black, 4in cowl hood, 5 lug conversion, 17's
5% tint, cam... intake, plate system and just drive it, finish the 98 and then possible 408W for the coupe and paint

let me know what you think





before anyone says it.... ive already ditched the wing on it and put new smooth decklid on, but for 500.00 bucks and all i had to put in it was battery and plugs for it to run, i have no arguments

looks like a project, i go with the 408 for sure, no replacement for displacement. welcome to the forum
