I love what I do, and I am done with my degree in 6 weeks. The school is burning me out, but like I said, we are taking a trip in October to OC for that cruise, I am registered in the show and its gonna be so relaxing for me. After that I can come back and fully focus on work. The reason I am getting that major raise is because I haven't been able to make that much while in school for loan purposes (my parents wanted the loans because they get to write it off to the business) so.... after that, I dont have rent, I can pay 2 to 3,000 a month on my car or school loans, and I will be set

thanks. thats good to hear. keep your head on straight and you will be fine. but do remember this though, with all those nice cars that you will have you will need a nice garage to store them in and it feels soooo much better when that garage is your own and not your parents. Im not saying living with the folks is not cool, only when you arent in school and working, but eventually your gonna want your own stable for all your ponies

Thats where the land comes in, I found a few lots around 30-40 acres, not too far from here, all around 80,000 so who knows. If I could find something like that and have a small house on it and rent it to pay the mortgage not even make a profit, maybe have a farmer there or something, then I could put a garage on the land and once I make enough to build my dream home on the land, I would go right for it.

Eh, I figure once I get that setup, everything from there on out will be bought in cash, including when I build my home, I want all the money up front. Never wanna have to worry about loans or bills like that again, the cash will come with time, thats what the business is for. I may start investing like a venture capitalist once I get some other cash built up. But its all in due time, I am in no rush.
