So I need your opinion...I just picked up an 03/04 decklid and spoiler for $300. What a damn steal!!!! Here's pics....

Should I shave the keyhole or leave it? I'm a rebel and actually kind of like the keyhole there. I did some photoshopping for BakerFX and here's how some look without the keyhole...

So what do you guys think?

though i dig the look with out the key hole, something doesn't sit right with my about covering it up. what if you ever need to use it for some weird reason?

That's what I was thinking. It makes the spoiler almost look to "blocky" when the keyhole isn't' there.

granted, i have only used the key in the trunk 1 time in the three years i have owned the car, i dunno. something about it makes me nervous. because otherwise i think it looks much better covered up...

I don't know...I mean I don't really use the trunk. But again; I'm 60-40 on this. 60% towards I like the keyhole there and 40% it looks ok with it not there.

01SVTSnake on SVTP hooked me up with a good deal. I've bought stuff from him in the past. That's who I got my 03/04 bumper from. He lives about 50 minutes away from me and has a black 01 Cobra. So we trade a lot of shit, etc.

My body shop though quoted me like $600 to have it repainted

. Which I know is complete BS. It shouldn't be more than $450 to paint it at most.

$600!!! FUCK THAT!!!!! That is robbery. Come on down, I can get it done for around $250 I am sure. Hell it only cost me $600 to have the quarter panel on my car repaired and that and my rear bumper resprayed. They look good, no MACCO job here.

A friend of mine has been a body man for 14years. Does great work. I can talk to him if you like. He finished my car in 2 days and it looks great. He is working on my roommates 911 right now.
