its an event for back to school where anything considered to be for school use is tax free although alot of companies just do everything.

So my friend works with the local police doing their networking (he got to know them from getting pulled over 27 times the one month....) since then they have stopped giving him tickets and gets to patrol now in his car, long story short, he is getting me the papers to go patrolling in the GT500
