Ram Air, or Cold Air intake?
Im looking at air intakes and im not sure if I should get the JLT ram air, or cold air.
Does the cold air intake require any modification to get the filter in the fenderwell? also, is there any chance of water getting in the filter? what, if any, are the performance differences between the ram air and cold air intakes? thanks |

I would get the CAI. You do run the risk of getting some water in if you drive thru 1-2'+ high pools of water. If you are at a low throttle position it probably wont do anything at all. Hit me up for a deal on what ever JLT you choose. I have some good deals going on the all the cobra intakes.

The cai doesn't sit that low and it's tucked away pretty well. This is with a jlt cai on my 03 Cobra.

on the cobra i say the CAI but it is more of a PITA to change out or clean the filter when it is in the fender so keep that in mind
