Changing plugs

Did a search, but wanted to be more specific on the details. I ordered NGk non platinum from Lethal Performance. Last time I performed plug change was on a 302 windsor. To take off the coils, do you just pull up on them, or are they threaded on? Do you coat the threads on the new plugs with antiseize? Is it just that straightforward for the change; covers off, coils pulled and keep in line, change plugs, attach coils, replace covers and I'm good?
The reason I ask is that the local Ford dealerships want to charge 300 clams for the work. I wanted to see if there was anything else involved, but Ford says nothing else that is special. Thanks for any advice.

Coil pack pull right off and yes, use a small amount of anti-sieze. Make sure when you put the cover pack on that the rubber grommet is in place so no watter gets inside.
