where is the fuel filter on a 03 cobra mustang and how do you change it?

Where exactly is the fuel filter on an 03 cobra and is it difficult to change yourself? If not, how do you go about doing it. I had a trouble code and it said my car was running lean and I want to try the cheapest thing first.

It's between the gas tank and the IRS basically. Not hard to find once you jack the rear of the car up and get underneath it.

What other mods do you have? I'm just trying to get an idea of why you might be running lean.

I mean, it is pretty much stock. It has an aftermarket an after market cold air intake. What I think is kinda funny I got a code for running too lean and too rich at the same time.
