Price on Kenne Bell Kit?

Is 3850.00 a good price for a kenne bell 2.1l intercooled kit for a 4.6 dohc engine. it includes includes 60 lb injectors, 2.5 inch pulley, 95mm maf and all mounting hardware,and diablo chip.

That sounds like a good deal. I'm no expert but yeah...if you compare that to the intercooled kit for a new edge 4V (my year) it's almost $6500 or something like that.
