Strong vibration from transmission/rear end?

I was on the way to work today when i noticed a strong vibration coming through the shifter in my 97 Cobra.

Quite a strong vibration regardless if the clutch is in or out. The rear feels a bit unstable but I'm not sure exactly is going on.

I have been off work for a few weeks since i started a different job (working for Ford now w00t) and havent been past 55 roughly since I dont get on the freeway unless I have to.

I have a bad feeling about this and I know i need to get it looked at but unfortunately I'm a bit broke due to missing a few paychecks during my job transition.

Any ideas? I'm gonna go out and look under the car when I'm done posting and hopefully I'll find something. Any help would be appreciated.

Perhaps a loose driveshaft?

I think its my damn throw out bearing.

I can get it to change by playing with the clutch and its already gotten much worse....

Looks like I'll be trying to tear into it with my buddy soon. At least I have someone to help out.

Anyone have a link to that transmission guide that had nice pictures and a good write up? I tried searching but couldnt seem to locate it.

Also is there a quick list of fluids/tools/parts needed to do a quick throw out bearing swap? I need to tackle this soon as my car is vibrating like hell and I know its gonna fail on me soon.

Very much appreciated for any help.
