baah. lucky!!!! i have a stack of 10 second slips if i could get more than 1 run in with the throttle on the floor. lifting at 1k ft and running 11.50's all day gets boring. honestly never thought i would say that, but it does. especially knowing there is so much more in it. i know my mph would suffer, but with a new set of tires to get my 60' time back in the bottom 1.5 or high 1.4 range, i would run 10.80's or so all day long. but, thats just me bench racing.

I just got the trans out. The input shaft is toast. But now I have to open it all the way up. Some shrapnel made it inside the tranny.

sucks about the inut shaft...

as for the rear... the detroit locker sux for the street

detroit tru trac...its a gear driven limited slip... they work great and are super storng

the aubuns have clutches and with the power ur ptting down your gonna smoke those clutches every 6 months lol...

It wasn't the clutches that failed it was a spider gear that blew up. I have daily driven with this locker for a year and a half. Its not horrible but it likes to wipe out bushings in the control arms, now that it has solid bushings it isn't going to break anything.

better off dropping the money for a 26spline and matchin clutch..gonna get time and wallet consuming keeping replacing that 10 spline
