Full bolt on Cobra is what he says so everything you can bolt on is on it,headers,catback,O/R mids,TB,etc.

fully bolted on with crap parts and fully bolted on with good parts makes or breaks an extra 100 HP.

Oh,so you're talking brand of parts...........I forget what he told me.
He estimated 140 extra, but you can't actually go by what manufacturers say you will get from some parts.

He has a book that lists how much hp you can expect to get from certain parts, but manufacturers list estimated hp gains for their parts and some are complete bullcrap..............like a CAI for instance.

What are the best manufacturers of Mustang parts so I can see if any ring a bell?

that's all opinion honestly.

for the intake I like the JLT and Accufab Throttle Body and Plenum. Don't ever trust the gain the company reports.

I never do trust them.

But is it possible to get 140 extra rwhp with bolt ons on an 04 Cobra with very good parts?

What size pulley? That's a big factor here...ported or non ported blower...? etc...
