There are a shit load out there but Im not all that strong on this. I was thinking Eagles...

What cc pistons should I run if I'm planning on building a motor similar to the Aluminator / 03/04 engine? I'm planning for boost in the future...

If you want to run a centrifical type blower. Go with a 3-5cc piston which would give you around 9.2-9.8 with a 53cc head chamber.
