Well, she has a warped head... (pics inside)

Well i took her to the shop, found out about two days ago one of the heads is warped. Went up and took some pictures of it to share with you guys. Has this ever happened to any of you?

By the way, just put that centerforce dfx in last week!

That sucks. Might as well do some p&p heads and long tubes while it's all apart.

Pretty easy fix i guess. I sent them to a machine shop and the guy said he would have no problem shaving them. They are already back from the shop and being ready to be put back on.

nothing says higher compression like a shaved head, yea some cams would be nice, as would rods and pistons, but it just continues a chain of parts you want then ha

Credit cards have a pretty high limit on them nowadays. Just thing, a stroker kit only runs 3 grand!

Well when the engine was out i went up and looked at the engine all around it when it was out and there was a little metal plate on the one side near the bottom that said the engine was sent to ford and remanufactured in october of 04. The rest of the engine they said is immaculate. The heads warped because the car overheated a few weeks ago and i drove it home not thinking.

yep, i just need to find a bolt for the mid pipe my brother lost it, but everything is good so far
