Also consider getting under the front end and checking all the steering components for play.

im thinking its the suspension because the problem is vehicle speed sensitive..... when im on the freeway, even on smooth road, the suspension is constantly adjusting to the roadway so the suspension is moving up and down rapidly. in town the problem is slower because i am driving slower therefore the suspension is moving up and down slower

So, if you keep the speed the same, and put it in 4th, it still does it?

hrm... 91 octane... are you in Cali?

I'm still thinking that you need to seafoam the car. B-ports need to have it done, as one of the intake ports is dry and builds up carbon; seafoam is the only way to clean it without disassembling the head.

when i hit bumps on the road though, the suspension seems fine, it doesnt affect the problem... it seems like something in the front lower of the car is lose or something and is rattling/popping. and gets more rapid with increase in speed

You mention that even when you shifted to 4th it still did it. Can you duplicate the noise in lets say 2nd lower rpm (2000ish) on a smooth road. Heard and felt more on the smoother roads? Just curious. Is it a pop.pop.pop......pop.pop.....pop.pop? Just trying to get an idea.

yeah u got it ... random popping. if i am going slow, no matter what gear, as long as the car is quiet enough to where i can hear it, i hear it. and feel it. in town it'll be like pop.....pop..pop.......pop....pop on the highway itll be more rapid but still seems random.

yes because its easier to distinguish. instead of hearing the suspension reacting to the road, i just hear the problem
