Should I buy this?

should I buy a SCT LiveWire Mustang Tuner w/ Free Custom Tunes off of American muscle? is it worth it and will it work? I'm looking to get something to tune to my headers, intake, shifting, and all that great stuff.

Only issue I had with AM is their tunes are a little too generic, and can a lot of people have had timing issues and their car will detonate a little on accel. But yes it will help. If you get the tunes for free I say get one or a few and datalogg it so that Joe from Trick Tuners can smooth it all out for you...or just buy from him.

When we bought the Livewire for the GT, the A/F was 13.9, a little too lean for me. Get an XCal 2 or 3 and spend the rest on a good custom tune.

I'd wait until you got back to the states. Find a local tuner, and see what they use. That way you won't have to go and buy a different tuner if they use a different handheld.
