FPDM help

has anyone had any experience with an FPDM failing on them? Reason why i am asking is im having issues right now with, im thinking, my fuel system. after i got my car back together she was fine for about a week and then threw a P0356 code for "Ignition Coil F Primary Circuit Malfunction". So I checked all the coils for resistance and spark and all checked out. Checked the line for continuity from the coils to the PCM and it checked out. So i cleared the code and it ran fine for about 10 minutes so it started to stumble and my WB would gradually lean out from 14.6. So I checked all my injectors to make sure they were plugged, changed out my fuel filter, and everything checks out. Fuel pressure at idle is at a steady 30psi. Cleared the code and let it run and same symptoms but now I got 2 codes; P0356 and P1233. P1233 states that "Fuel system disabled or offline". it also mentions something about my FPDM that it might be malfunctioning. I made sure that the inertia switch was plugged back in, which it was, but now im stumped. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Got it figured out. The P0356 was the main code that kept coming up. I did a continuity test again just to make sure from each B+ wire of each coil and then checked at the ECU. Just kept moving one probe back until I hit a spot that did not make an audible noise on my meter. Turned out that the #6 coil had a break somewhere. I traced the wire and found the spot. The wire had broken down internally inside the insulation but was still somewhat touching each other. when the car is idling it was fine but when i got on it I guess the wires would pull apart and then throw the code.
