98 cobra stock wheels with 315 35 17 fit??

yeah i ordered some tires for my cobra 315 35 17 and i was gonna mount them on the stock wheels will they tuck in back there

I don't think so. I think like a 275 is as wide as you can go on stockers.

well i got 275 on there right now the tire guy told me the tire will go on the wheel

I'm with these guys. 275 on the stockers and you need a wider wheel for the the 315. I have a 315 on now but I have 10.5 wide wheels.

it will fit, but it will bulge a little.

Stock wheels are 8" aren't they? I know I had 255 I think and they fit pretty well.

Give it a shot, if it's a wreck tell the guy he screwed up and fight for a smaller size. What brand are they?
