I still think the cutouts is the best option....go from completely legal decent sounding exhaust to open headers with a flip of a switch

flowmasters sound way to generic on mustangs anymore. my exhaust sounds 10x better. go with some macs and stingers seem to be common place anymore idk. just my 2 cents on that
