i think the junkyard is gonna be a bad idea, parts are gonna be missing and its gonna be a pain to do. Go to copart.com where u can get a whole car thats been crashed for reasonable money. Once i sold parts that i no longer needed i ended up only spending around 3000 on the donor car, the original car, and the parts.

i dont think the 5.4l will be a direct swap but if you want to do some custom work anything is possible, if u have the time and money id give it a try

eventually im going to do headers, x pipe and then a borla exhaust, and maybe some other little things, and too late on the v6 badges, i already put the cobra ones one, they look so much better.

yeah the tranny mounts didnt line up but we pulled the ones off the other car and put them on, it only took around a hour to do so, it was one of the few things we had to change in order to swap the drivetrain

sorry read it wrong, not sure about the manual mounts, could be but i think they might have changed when they changed from 95-96, the 95's were welded in the 96 were bolted through the frame rail. If you get a complete donor car the mounts will be no problem, just pull them off the donor car and put them on urs.

How do you go about purchasing vehicles on that site? How do you pick up the vehicle and everything?

yeah lowering will be the next step, and to buy the cars off that site u have to buy a license for it, i went through a guy in town and he purchased it and picked it up for 700 bucks. you can probably do some searching and find someone who will purchase it for you
