aluminum block strength?
I know the teskid blocks are supposed to be strong, but how strong are the other aluminum block. I can get a block from a mach1 (I think) not sure off the top of my head but its not a teskid block. I had planned on rebuilding my motor this winter for boost and can get this block fairly cheap. I was just going to be cheap and reuse mine, but if the aluminum block is still plenty strong, might as well pick it up for the weight savings.

I wouldn't push a WAP block (the later cobra and Mach block ) past 650. If you are going past 600-650 stick with the iron block or get a teksid if you realy wanna save weight.
