5.4L block

Thinking of getting a 5.4L short block, will my heads and intake manifold fit onto that block. I wasn't sure about it, what all parts are needed to make the swap.

im pretty sure your heads will work because the 5.4 is basically a stroked 4.6. make sure you use your valve covers because the 5.4 valve covers have more bolt holes than your heads do.

The heads will swap. I'm not so certain about the intake.

Wish I could find a Cobra R manifold, I saw one on ebay about 2 years ago and have never seen one since.

Heads will fit. Intake you'll have to ge either 5.4 spacers (bottleneck) or get a sullivan intake.

or you can use b-head and get a wider intake (from MMR) or widen a cobra 96-98 intake
