Will the fr500 kit work well in a set of navigator heads? Is that a proper starting point for boost?

Well I wouldn't do a 4v build, but there's a good reason for me to (atleast I've convinced myself it's a good reason). My car is a DD so I can't really yank the motor out of it and rebuild that one, so I'll rebuild another motor and swap it in. Since I'm building a separate motor, I went with the teksid block. That block happened to come in a complete Mark VIII w/ 4v B heads.
Unless I've severly underestimated costs I don't see how it's gonna be that much more to do a 4v over a 2v since I've already got basically all the stuff I need, and anything I'd have to buy for the 4v I'd probably have to buy for the 2v anyway since I don't have many mods. Someone correct me if I'm wrong on any of this stuff Bottom end: I think everything would be the same whether I went 2v or 4v Heads: I already have 4v B heads and the PI heads. Either way I'd port them and maybe have a valve job done. Probably cost a little more to do the 4v heads, but well worth the increase in flow Cams: 4v - swap in 96-98 cobra intake cams; 2v - hitech stage 2 cams Intake: 4v - swap in 96-98 cobra intake if I can. 2v - 75mm tb/plenum LT Headers: Pretty sure the price is the same either way Supercharger: 4v - 96-98 cobra mounting bracket for my Procharger; 2v - already have bracket. Might have to re-route some pipes/bends either way Other than that, I'm not sure what else I'd need that would make the 4v build more expensive

Not sure what is hard to find. If you mean finding OEM parts then yeah I agree, but there is a wide aftermarket of parts since heads are the real difference. I mean 600.00 2v heads 1200.00 4v bump sticks. Double everything basically.
